The Apartment
On the 4th floor it has an upstairs and downstairs area, with a circular staircase between them. Upstairs is the bedroom, a double with wardrobe space. There is also the bathroom with a bath/shower.
On the main level there is a combined lounge/dining area. There is a dining table with chairs, and a sitting area with fireplace (winter only). Double French doors lead out onto the terrace, which is spacious and well appointed with flowers and plants. The kitchen is more complete than usual, with gas oven and hotplates, twin half fridges and washing machine.
Access and Environment
The apartment is on the 4th floor. The access is direct from the street through large secure doors and up to the apartment. The stairs are in good condition and not particularly steep or difficult. Out onto the street, this is a quiet backstreet that connects between Via dei Coronari and P. Navona. There are no bars or clubs that draw people onto this street later at night and it is a pedestrian area with no through traffic.
The Location
The apartment is on Via Vetrina, which runs from Via dei Coronari to Piazza Navona. Via dei Coronari is the most famous street in Rome for Antique Stores. Piazza Navona is popular for a huge number of reasons, including the architecture, scupltures, ambience, restaurants and activities that the location offers. It is described in every documentation on Rome, and needs no further introduction here. It is right in the heart of the Historic district.
