The Apartment
The apartment has just been completly redone. It is simply furnished bright and quiet apartment. From the main entrance there is the bathroom (with shower) on the right and you walk straight into the lounge. Here there is a dining table and a sofa (sofa bed, 2 singles or double). There is a brand new simple kitchen unit capable of a range of cooking.
From the lounge there is the access to the bedroom, which has a double bed and a single bed. There is also the french doors that lead out onto the balcony. Access to the terrace above is via a set of stairs from the main landing.
Access and Environment
The apartment itself is on the 5th floor (with lift). There is a main front door to the street, which is secure, and then of course secure doors to the apartment. The apartment itself overlooks the street on the corner. From the outside, the building looks well kept.
The Location
The apartment is located in the historic centre, just 200 metres from the Spanish Steps. The area needs no introduction being the most well known and expensive locations in Rome. It doesn't have the depth of history that other areas have, but it has a charm all to its own. The area is either residential, or there are the shopping streets 300 metres away, such as Via Condotti. Although an expensive area, housing all the great names such as Fendi, Armani, Prada etc, there is a second level of simple good value quality in terms of eating and shopping.
