Right in the very heart of Trastevere, about 350 metres from the very centre. It is an extremely quiet apartment. Up to 4 people, in a one bedroom plus sleeping options in the lounge.
The Apartment
The kitchen, as can be seen from the photos, is modern, and is well furnished for a variety of cooking. There is a large bathroom with a shower. In the lounge, there is a good sofa bed, some fold out chairs and a table. The main bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space.
The apartment is very comfortable with modern tile floors and is simple but characteristic. The apartment has a very warm feeling.
The entrance is into the kitchen, then through to the lounge, then through to the bedroom, and finally the bathroom is accessed from the bedroom.
Access and Environment
The apartment is on one level on the 2nd floor (3rd US) without lift. It is of a simple, effective layout in a historic building in Trastevere. There are main security doors leading to the internal door, up two flights of stairs to the apartment. The apartment overlooks an inner courtyard so is very quiet.
The Location
Trastevere is of course one of the most sort after areas to stay for both Romans and visitors. For the visitor there are many different restaurants within 50 metres of the front door, and another 100 metres will find many more restaurants catering to all sorts of tastes. A few hundred yards gets you to Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona, and the Vatican.
