The Apartment
The apartment has a double bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space, a studio room with a single sofa bed, and a large living/dining room with double sofa bed, a modern bathroom with shower/bath/WC and a second bathroom (WC only) next to the double bedroom, as well as a fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen. The flat is attractively decorated, welcoming and light.

Access and Environment
The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor without a lift. Though in the heart of Rome, it is nevertheless extremely quiet, overlooking an attractive interior courtyard on the one side and an ancient botanical garden on the other. The inhabitants of Monti claim to be 'genuine Romans' and its lively atmosphere, local craft shops, restaurants and trattorias offer the visitor a wide choice that caters to varied tastes and budgets right on your doorstep. Local food and vegetable shops and supermarkets are close at hand.



The Location
Via Panisperna is about a 10-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain/Piazza di Spagna and even less from the Forum/Colosseum and Capitoline Museums. It is well served by bus routes and a 5-minute walk from the Cavour metro stop.
