An excellent apartment of around 80 sqm in an excellent location (right beside Vatican) that can sleep 6 people. 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and the lounge has two singles that can be made double. Full kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
The Apartment
The apartment is on the 4th floor with a lift, and is well soundproofed with double windows. The main lounge has two good quality single sofa beds, which convert to a double if required. There is also a dining table and chairs. The Kitchen is well appointed for an extensive array of cooking. (oven, stove top, etc).
Down the hall there is a bathroom with a shower (not shown in current pictures). Also from the hallway there is a double bedroom and from the the other side there is a bedroom with two singles. One bed is in a loft with stairs, and the other is a normal single. There is an en-suite bathroom from this room.
Access and Environment
The Access is through the main security doors, directly into the lift. The building is a typical residential building and the area is mainly residential so is well serviced for public transport (in and out of the centre) and for shops etc.
The Location
Prati is a popular choice for Romans who want to live in the centre of the city. This is the suburbs of Rome, but just a few minutes from the very centre. It is excellently serviced with many buses all over the city, and the metro about 1 minutes walk. To see and be able to access "all" parts of Rome, this is an excellent choice. There are obviously many shops of all types, and plenty of places to go at night, both around the apartment and a short stroll into the historic centre. .
