A truel lovely, air-conditioned, quiet and comfortable 1st floor apartment (no lift). Very centrally located, in trastevere, and with easy access by foot to most of the major sights.
The Apartment
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space. Both have double beds. The lounge has a double sofa bed and there is a single fold out bed available. There are two well fitted bathrooms with shower, the second with bath/shower. Also, there is a well equipped kitchen and a dining/breakfast table in area beside the lounge. The apartment is attractively decorated, welcoming and light.
Access and Environment
The apartment is situated on the 1st floor (no lift). Though in the heart of Rome, it is nevertheless quiet, with good windows on the front side and the back bedroom overlooking an inner courtyard. There are local craft shops, restaurants and trattorias offer the visitor a wide choice that caters to varied tastes and budgets right on your doorstep. Local food and vegetable shops and supermarkets are close at hand.
The Location
Trastevere is of course one of the most sort after areas to stay for both Romans and visitors. For the visitor there are many different restaurants within 50 metres of the front door, and another 100 metres will find many more restaurants catering to all sorts of tastes. A few hundred yards gets you to Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona, and the Vatican.
Features
Good location, and very comfortable. This is probably one of the nicest apartments available for holiday rental we have seen in Rome.
