Right in the very heart of the centre, about 300 metres from Piazza Venezia, this is a one bedroom apartment with two other sleeping areas and a grand terrace for relaxing and dining.
The Apartment
There is a full Kitchen, a dining and lounge area with sofas, chair, dining table, and television. From the lounge is the main bedroom, which has the air-conditioning unit. Also from the lounge is a small hallway in which you access the bathroom, the kitchen, and the room at the bottom of the stairs which has two more places for sleeping.
.
The stairs lead up to the terrace. The terrace is about 70 square metres with two different areas. A covered area for dining, and a large area for relaxing.
Access and Environment
The apartment is on one level (excluding going up to the terrace). It is of a simple, effective layout in a historic building in a very exclusive part of Rome, hidden behind the Roman Forum. There are main security doors leading to the internal door to the apartment. The street is not a thoroughfare and is for local traffic only, of which there is very little. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no lift, but access is via a staircase, which is easy enough for most people.
The Location
This particular location is not well know because there is very little accommodation available to the public. It is probably the quietest area in the very centre of Rome. Access to all the main sites is a short walk.
Features
The main feature is the location, and the large livable private terrace.
