The Apartment
The main lounge/bedroom is pictured left. It is very comfortable. Connected to this room directly is the dining area. From the dining area there is access to the well equipped American style kitchen. The lounge has a large double sofa bed. Also directly from the lounge is the main bedroom with a double bed, and an ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. Directly as you walk in the main entrance there is a door to your right in which there is an unusual but excellently designed bathroom/shower, and stairs up to another very small room with a double bed.
Access and Environment
The apartment itself is on the 4th floor (with lift). There is a main front door to the street, which is the entrance to the hotel. Most of the building is occupied by hotel rooms, and the reception is in the front foyer. From the outside, the building looks well kept.
The Location
The apartment is located just outside the historic centre, just a few hundred metres from Via Veneto, which runs down towards the Spanish Steps. It is an easy walk from here. The area is an expensive area of Rome and is very safe and secure.
