The Apartment
The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no lift) on one level. There is a full Kitchen, a dining and lounge area as pictured. There is Satellite television. From the lounge area you access two good sized bedrooms for 2 people in each. There is plenty of wardobe space for all bedrooms. There is a third small single bedroom on the other side of the apartment
The bathroom has a toilet and bidet, and a modern large shower unit and system, and a bath. From the Lounge, you access the Terrace out through the main door and up the spiral staircase. The Terrace is 40 square metres.
Access and Environment
The apartment is on one level. It is of a simple, effective layout in a historic building in Borgo Pio. Although on the third floor, the stairs are very simple and not steep. The street is not a thoroughfare and is for local traffic only, of which there is very little. The area is very safe.
The Location
Borgo Pio is a relatively tiny part in the centre of Rome, that is very historic and a perfect place to stay for access to all parts of Rome. Only 200 metres from the Vatican, 300 metres from the nearest Metro, and 400 metres to the historic centre proper, means you can either walk everywhere or utilise public transport as you require. There are many modern and historic parts to visit very locally, and the area is very well serviced for food and restaurants etc.
