The Apartment
The apartment is on the 5th floor with a lift (note: there are 10 or so steps), and is quiet. The main lounge is set up to also be the dining area and is a comfortable place for short breaks before going out in the morning or the evening. All the bedrooms are accessed from the main hallway through the apartment and the main bathroom comes from the hallway also. It is simply yet tastefully decorated combining modern and authentic. There is a main bedroom, a second bedroom with two singles, and a 3rd tiny bedroom just big enough for 2 singles or a double, with the wardrobe in the hall.
There is also a large terrace which will have table and chairs.
Access and Environment
The Access is through the main security doors, down 10 or so to the lift. The building is a typical residential building and the area is mainly residential so is well serviced for public transport (in and out of the centre) and for shops etc.
The Location
Prati is a popular choice for Romans who want to live in the centre of the city. This is the suburbs of Rome, but just a few minutes from the very centre. It is excellently serviced with many buses all over the city, and the metro about 1 minutes walk. To see and be able to access "all" parts of Rome, this is an excellent choice. There are obviously many shops of all types, and plenty of places to go at night, both around the apartment and a short stroll into the historic centre. .
