On the 4th floor (with Lift) it is on one level. The main entrance hall leads through to the large kitchen and open style connection with the lounge dining area - all in one room. There is access to a small balcony from the lounge.
Both bedrooms lead from the lounge/hallway area. Both are double bedrooms, light and both have en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom also has access to a second, larger balcony.
Access and Environment
4th floor (European - 5th US). The access is direct from the street through large secure doors and up an elevator to the apartment. Out onto the street, there are many shops for general groceries, many local restaurants and bars.
The Location
The apartment is on Via Cavour, about 100 metres from the Roman forum. It is well served by bus routes and a 5-minute walk from the Cavour metro stop. It backs on to the Monti area which is a very popular area for restaurants etc away from the tourist crowds but very central.
Features
This is a very beautiful apartment that really would suit those people wanting to be very central but with a modern immediate environment - in this sense it is rare. The apartment has been rennovated very tastefully.
