A bright, clean air-conditioned apartment for up 4 people. In a classic building and a lively safe area. 5th floor with elevator and very comfortable.
The Apartment
The apartment has one bedroom, with a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. There is one bathroom, recently re-fitted, with a shower. The kitchen is very well equipped (one of the best we have) and also has a breakfast table. The lounge is comfortable and bright, with a dining table on one side. there are two sofa beds in the lounge.
Access and Environment
The apartment itself is on the fifth floor with a lift. The windows are all very well double glazed, so don't suffer directly from street noise. Within 200 metres either way are some great eating places, which cater to a variety of budgets and tastes, and a five minutes stroll will get you to a large number of dining, snacking, drinking and supermarkets.
The Location
The apartment is located about 1.6 km (1 mile) to the east of the Colosseum. It is a residential area. There are many shops and it is a good atmosphere. Public transport is primarly the Metro system, with some good buses to Trevi, Spagna etc.
